Flusso named as finalist for two more industry awards

Flusso has been shortlisted for two further regional business awards in recognition of its technology innovation and rapid progress in bringing its first flow sensor products to market.

The company has been named as a finalist in ‘The One to Watch’ category in the 2020 Cambridge Independent Science and Technology Awards. These awards are designed to showcase some of the incredible technology advances arising from the Cambridge area, and cover a wide array of sectors from biotech and medtech to AI and cleantech.

Ordinarily the winners would have been announced at an autumn ceremony, but the 2020 event had to be postponed and will now run online on Thursday 15 April.

At the same time, Flusso has been named as one of three finalists in the running for a business innovation award at the SME Cambridgeshire Business Awards 2020/21. The final winners will be announced at an award night event on Thursday 29 April, which will also be held online due to the current restrictions around events.

Earlier this month, Flusso secured a Cofinitive #21toWatch Top21 business award when it was judged to be one of this year’s most inspiring and innovative companies from the East of England region.

The judges also specifically praised the company for its considerable progress over the last year, despite its early stage of commercialisation and all the additional challenges associated with multiple national lockdowns.
