Senior / Principal Sensor
R&D Engineer
The main purpose of this role is to make significant contribution to the development of Flusso’s core sensor technology portfolio, including:

Creation of ideas and inventions for enhancing and extending our core technology, ensuring its cost-effectiveness and competitiveness.

Hands-on development of core technology assets, including prototyping, characterisation, validation and qualification.

Collaboration with manufacturing partners for the development of manufacturing processes and production test solutions for sensor devices.

Senior Test
Engineer
The purpose of this role is increase the Test Engineering group’s capability and capacity to:
- Specify, design and build systems for testing Flusso gas and flow sensor solutions, with respect to performance targets, under specified operating conditions – such as supply voltage, temperature, pressure and humidity
- Develop test software and database functions
- Develop and execute test specifications
- Deliver high quality, reliable test results and informative analysis

Technical Marketing Manager –
Gas Sensing
As our Technical Marketing Manager, you will be instrumental in expanding the market reach of our hydrogen gas leak detection products. This role requires someone capable of engaging deeply in technical conversations, navigating complex sales cycles, and fostering high-value partnerships within the hydrogen, automotive, and energy sectors. The ideal candidate will bring robust technical knowledge, industry knowledge, and the ability to discuss complex technical solutions confidently with engineers and decision-makers alike, driving product adoption and integration in critical markets.

Business Development Executive – Flow Sensing
In this role, you’ll step up from lead generation to managing the full sales cycle, from identifying and qualifying opportunities to negotiating and closing deals. As a Business Development Manager, you’ll be instrumental in expanding Flusso’s presence and driving adoption of our technology in emerging applications and geographies.

Senior / Principal
Software-Firmware Engineer
The primary purposes of this role are to increase the Embedded Engineering group’s capability and capacity to develop:

Firmware for application solutions (typically with ARM-based microcontrollers or ASIC cores) that complies with safety-related industry standards such as IEC 62304 and ISO 26262.

Test tools to verify correct behaviour of the application solutions and compliance to standards.
Additional responsibilities can include development of:

Manufacturing support tools to facilitate customers end-product production
-
Firmware for test platforms used for deep study of sensing performance.

Windows 10/11 GUI applications for Flusso product Evaluation Kits.
Candidates with appropriate experience and aptitude might also assist Flusso Field Applications Engineers with software and firmware expertise when customers are integrating Flusso sensing solutions in their end-product.
